We’re a small family of believers creating tools to help you share your faith boldly. Here are answers to the questions we hear most.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • What are your shipping times and costs? We ship all orders from the US within 1-3 business days. Standard US shipping is 4-6 days. 
  • Do you ship internationally? Not at this time!  USA orders only.
  • How can I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn/unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
  • What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll happily replace or refund it.

3. Products & Sizing

  • How do I choose the right size? Check our detailed size charts on each product page (link to a general chart). Apparel runs true to size unless noted.
  • Are your products true to size / high quality? Yes — we use premium blanks (e.g., Comfort Colors, Gildan Heavy Blend) and high-quality direct-to-garment or screen printing for lasting designs.
  • Do you offer kids/youth sizes or custom orders? Yes, we have some youth options, and have plans to expand the line in the future. For bulk/custom church/event orders, contact us!

4. Orders & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through secure Shopify checkout.
  • Can I change/cancel my order after placing it? Contact us ASAP (within 1 hour ideally) and we’ll do our best.

5. Brand & Faith-Related

  • What does “Fire & Truth Co.” mean? Inspired by Scripture (Malachi 3, John 17:17, etc.), our name reflects being refined by fire and grounded in God’s truth. Every piece is designed to spark Gospel conversations.
  • Are your designs original? Yes — all artwork and messaging are thoughtfully created to honor biblical truth.
  • Do you partner with churches or ministries? Absolutely! We love bulk orders, fundraisers, and collaborations. Reach out via our contact page.
